tea knowledge

Is tea produced in the spring better than that produced in the winter?

In the spring,

abundant rainfall promotes rapid growth of tea plants. After accumulating nutrients over the winter, the tea leaves are more tender and have a richer, more complex taste. In the winter, lower temperatures cause tea plants to enter a dormant state, and shorter daylight hours allow the plants enough time to accumulate aroma, resulting in a more pronounced tea fragrance.
